Assignment of responsibility 

Khalid Masih, the head of the International Hogam Council, appointed the representative of Hogam sports in Iraq.

At the suggestion of Dr. Meghdad Kamrani, Secretary General of the International Council, Mr. Mohammad AlFatlawi  was appointed as the representative of Hogam sports art in Iraq and received the responsibility during a ceremony hosted by Iran.
